Ricki A. Chase provides consulting for FDA-regulated commodities with specialized knowledge in medical devices, biotechnology and combination products, and pharmaceuticals. She brings over 28 years of experience in the life sciences industry.

Ms. Chase held multiple roles during her 28+ year tenure in public health enforcement at the FDA, including Investigator, Medical Device Specialist, Supervisory Investigator (leading inspections across all regulated commodities both domestic and foreign), Director of Investigations, and District Director and Deputy Director for the Office of Regulatory Affairs Emergency Operations.

Following her FDA career, she advanced through Lachman Consulting Services as Director before becoming Vice President, serving as the subject matter expert on medical devices and combination products in U.S. and international markets. Her extensive expertise in the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and her unique perspective from inspecting or partnering with hundreds of industry members gives her specialized ability to identify cross-industry solutions for complex regulatory challenges.
